SAWISE Angus Scholarship for African Women in Science & Technology.

The SAWISE Angus Scholarship for African Women in Science & Technology is a scholarship program for the sub-Saharan black female Science and Engineering undergraduate student on one year full time. The Association of South Africa Women in Science and Engineering (SA WISE) is a dynamic association that is for people who support the idea of strengthening the role of Women in Science and Engineering in Africa as first reported on Zone3Tech.

Who’s Eligible?

  1. A sub-Saharan black female
  2. Must have achieved 70% or above grade average in her subject of study.
  3. Only for studies at Honours level (or 4th-year equivalent eg. in engineering)
  4. Found in any field related to science engineering

Scholarship Prize: The recipients shall receive a sum of R15 000 p.a.

How To Apply For The SA WISE Angus Scholarship.

Applicants that are eligible for this scholarship must include copies of the following:

  1. Curriculum Vitae.
  2. An official academic transcript (or record).
  3. A letter of motivation (~350 words).
  4. A certified copy of your Identification Card (ID).
  5. A completed online application form.

Following the above is an assured way to get selected into this scholarship program.

Applicants are to drop their applications before November 15, 2019.
