  3. Right-click on the folder and click on ‘Restore the previous version’
  4. Previously deleted files will be shown according to their times and dates. Click on the ‘Restore’ to initiate the restoring files.

How to Restore Data From Windows 8, 8.1, 10

If you happen to be a Windows 8 user, Windows 8.1 user or Windows 10 user, then this information is right for you.

  1. Open the folder where your files were deleted from
  2. Locate and click on the ‘History’ button
  3. There will be recent history of the folder shown by your windows
  4. Click on ‘restore’ on the file you want back

Use File Recovery Software

There might be at times your Recycle Bin may fail you to get your deleted files. Recycle Bin is for keeping files that were deleted recently. With this, the only thing you can use for that situation is to get recovery software.

I have tried so many file recover software and confirmed how they work. Few to mention are: EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard and Recuva.

These are the software I have tested myself, for recovering files on my personal computer.

All that a user is needed to do is to download and install any of the software above, run it and select the source for the file you want to recover. This should scan and bring you the needed file you want for you to recover.
