MTN Ghana Dashes 2GB As Compensation To Its Customers.
Over the recent “Undersea cables” issues that rise and caused slow internet connectivity between some couple of days, MTN Ghana after resolving the issue, announced officially that the slow internet connectivity issue has been resolved and addressed its customers officially via SMS and social media.
For the loyalty shown to the telecommunication giant, MTN Ghana, the network company is giving out a 2gigabyte data to its cherished customers to compensate them for the disruption in data and international calls services.
This disruption in data and international calls occurred last week as a results by the submarine cuts of the undersea cables delivering the service.

The CEO of MTN Ghana, Selorm Adadevoh he stated that all customers to receive free 2GB data valid for 2 days. “All data customers on MTN Ghana’s network will receive free 2GB data valid for 2 days.”
Despite this, he continued by saying, “We appreciate customers for their patience and support during the period of the disruption.”

Update: MTN Turbo Net users also enjoyed this free data package and this was the message I got on my MTN Turbo Net SIM. “Y’ello valued Customer, MTN has offered you 2GB free data on your Turbonet as goodwill following the inconvenience caused as a result of the disruption in data services last week. This bonus package is valid for 2 days. We appreciate your patience and support. Thank you.”
