WhatsApp Collaborates With WHO To Launch A New Sticker Pack.
Per the information rolled out, this confirms that the popular Instant Messaging App, WhatsApp has partnered with World Health Organization to create a new sticker pack as stated on WhatsApp’s official blog page.
The new sticker pack is believed to be of more fun and educational as it goes by the name “Together at Home”. Not only that — as WhatsApp makes this new sticker pack universal since it has been made available in over 10 languages with no age barrier attached to it.
This initiative by WhatsApp and World Health Organization (WHO) is seen to be an effort to combat the pandemic coronavirus as to educate people and encourage the world to stay at home and stay safe.
The Importance of the New Sticker – “Together at Home”
As explained by Facebook, the owner of WhatsApp since 2014 on the importance of the new sticker, the stickers communicate better than text messages and has endorsed the new stickers to be used globally.
“We hope people enjoy using these stickers to check-in on loved ones, particularly those that are feeling isolated, alone, and scared. This pack offers creative ways to remind people to wash their hands, maintain distance, exercise, and importantly to celebrate medical heroes as well as the personal heroes in all of our lives.”
