GHANAIAN APPLICANTS
Ghana-based students who wish to apply for AIT admission for the academic year should kindly follow these procedures to successfully apply:
Applying through the Printable Application form
1. Download the AIT Printable Application form.
2. Print and complete it.
3. Go to any branch of Ghana Commercial Bank in the country and Pay-in Your Application Processing Fee (Bank details and the Fees are on the Application Form).
4. Send the Completed Form and a photocopy of the pay-in (cash deposit) slip to the University by post or by registered mail.
Applying through the Fillable Application form
1. Access the AIT fillable Application form
2. Complete it on the Computer without first printing it
3. Send the completed form to us as an e-mail attachment to the email address on the form
4. Go to any Ghana Commercial Bank Branch and Pay-in Your application Processing Fee (Bank details and the Fees are on the Application Form)
5. Write your full name on top of the pay-in-slip
6. Either scan and send the pay-in (cash deposit) slip to us as an e-mail attachment or send a photocopy of the pay-in-slip to us by post or by registered mail.
INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS
Students outside Ghana who wish to apply for AIT admission for the academic year should also follow these procedures to apply:
Applying through the Printable Application form
1. Download the Printable Version of the Application Form.
2. Print and complete it.
3. Go to any branch of Ecobank in your country and Pay-in Your Application Processing Fee (Bank details and the Fees are on the Application Form).
4. Send the Completed Form and a photocopy of the pay-in (cash deposit) slip to us by post or by registered mail.
Applying through the Fillable Application form
1. Access and complete the Fillable Version of the Application Form.
2. Complete it on the Computer without first printing it.
4. Send the completed form to us as an e-mail attachment to the email address on the form.
4. Follow the instructions on the Form on how to pay your Application Processing Fee.
Please Note:
Submit Three (3) Passport-size Photographs. The picture must be recently taken and it should be on a white background.
Official Transcripts And Certificates
1. A copy of your complete academic record indicating the subjects studied, grades achieved, and diploma(s)/degree(s) granted must be sent directly to AIT from each of the institutions attended and must bear the official seal/stamp of that institution/examination body.
2. Unofficial statements of transcripts/grades/results may be submitted as interim working documents; however, official final transcripts/grades/results must follow them.
3. If the certificates which you are submitting are not in English, you will be required to provide notarized English translations together with copies of the original certificates.
4. AIT transcripts need not be submitted.
