- Your application can be delayed due and this is mostly due to the availability of the passport books.
- There are two types of applications – Express Service and Regular Service
- You must completely fill out the application and make copies of relevant documents before going to the passport application office to submit your form.
- Obtain a passport application form from a point of sale that has been authorized (some local banks)
- Correctly complete the form and deliver it to a Passport Application Center [PAC] along with the necessary paperwork.
- Take digital pictures and biometric measurements like fingerprints.
- Obtain a submission confirmation with a passport pick-up date.
- Applicants can pick up their passports by producing their submission receipt and going through a final biometric check at PAC once the passport has been issued.
