Internet Settings For Vodafone Ghana

Vodafone Ghana has been around for a while and they have been nothing short of amazing to their clients who have stayed with them for quite some time now.

In this article, we will be looking at how you can set up your Internet setting in order to be able to browse on Vodafone Ghana network.

For Android Phones

  • Press the “Menu” button
  • Select the “Settings” menu item.
  • Select the “Mobile networks”,
  • Then, select “APN” (Access Point Names).
  • Press the “Menu” button
  • Click on “New APN”
  • Set the “Name” field to “Vodafone GH” and “APN” field to “internet”.
  • Select “Save” and select the “Vodafone Internet” profile.

For IOS

  • Go to Settings
  • Select General
  • Go to Network
  • Select Mobile Data Network
  • Enter APN as browse / internet

Manual Internet Settings For Gsm Phones

1. Go to internet settings in the services menu
2. Choose settings
3. Choose edit account
4. If asked to select a SIM, select the SIM which contains your Vodafone.
5. Choose an account to edit (one that you don’t use).
6. Name: Ghana Vodafone
7. Homepage: www.Vodafone.com.gh 
8. Data Account: choose the one we created in the previous part.
9. Connection type: choose HTTP (even if it already chosen)
Use Proxy: yes
Proxy Address: 172.024.097.001
Proxy Port: 8080
10. Leave all other things empty.
11. Save it and choose activate.
