How long are the Red Coins valid?
Red coins earned during the promotion will be valid only during the promotion period. Red coins earned in the red loyalty bucket are valid for a period of 12 months. However, if the customer account is inactive for 90 days, all accrued Red coins will be lost. For example, the customer does not make, receive, or use data or SMS for 90 days.
