- On the Manage Password window, you have two (2) available options to reset your password. That is resetting your password via SMS or Email.

- To reset your password via SMS, click on the “Reset Password via SMS” button. Enter your Betway account phone number and click on the click on the “Password Reset” button.
- A reset code will be sent to the phone number you provided. To reset your password, enter the Code in the Reset Code field. Enter a New Password in the field next after the Reset Code.

You can also reset your account password via Email by clicking on the “Reset Password via Email” button.
- Enter the email address that you want to receive a reset code or link to change your password and click on the “Password Reset” button to proceed.
- Now, log in to your email account to retrieve the code (or tap on the link) to reset your account password.
- Enter a New Password, check the box to confirm that you are not a robot, and click on the “Password Reset” button to proceed.
- Once the password reset process is complete, you will automatically be redirected to the homepage. Now, sign in with your new password to start placing your bet now.
