How To Check MTN Turbonet Balance
There are two ways of checking your MTN turbonet balance. They are:
- Using the USSD Shortcode
- Using the TurboNet device settings page
Using the USSD Shortcode
To check your MTN TurboNet balance, you can follow the steps below:
- Dial *5057# on your MTN TurboNet device.
- Choose option 1: “Check Balance”.
- Wait for a few seconds for the system to process your request.
- Your current balance will be displayed on your screen.
Using the TurboNet device settings page
To check your MTN TurboNet balance, you can follow these steps:
- Ensure your TurboNet device is connected to the internet and powered on.
- Open a web browser on your connected device (such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer).
- In the address bar of the web browser, enter the following URL: http://192.168.1.1. This is the default IP address for accessing the TurboNet device settings.
- Press Enter or Go to access the TurboNet settings page.
- You will be prompted to enter the username and password for the TurboNet device. By default, the username and password are “admin” unless you have changed them. Enter the appropriate credentials and click Login or press Enter.
- Once you have successfully logged in, you will be redirected to the TurboNet device settings page.
- Look for the option or tab that displays your account information or balance. The exact location may vary depending on the TurboNet device model and firmware version. It might be labeled as “Account,” “Balance,” or something similar.
- Click on the account information or balance option to view your current TurboNet balance.
- The balance information should be displayed on the screen, indicating the remaining data or validity period of your TurboNet subscription.
