Apple iOS 13 Supported Devices

By | September 21, 2022

The iOS mobile operating system, created by Apple Inc. for its iPhone, iPod Touch, and HomePod product lines, launched  its thirteenth major update. It was introduced on June 3, 2019, during Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), and it became available on September 19, 2019, replacing iOS 12 on those devices. On September 16, 2020, Apple launched iOS 14, which was its successor.

Since iOS 13, a different operating system called iPadOS has been running on the iPad range of tablets. iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 both stopped supporting hardware with less than 2 GB of RAM.

Apple dropped support for iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus with the iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, and the original iPad Air as each version of the iOS upgrade had devices that were cut off from the new updates.
