You can do the following on the UMB Speed App;
Cardless Withdrawal – Withdraw cash from any UMB ATM without a debit card by using a special e-token generated by the App.
Transfer of Funds – Users can easily transfer funds between UMB accounts and to other domestic banks. Customers and non-customers can easily transfer funds from and to their Account to Mobile Money wallets on all networks.
Airtime Top Up – Users can instantly top up their mobile airtime across all mobile networks using their bank or wallet account.
Scan & Pay – Make secure payments by scanning the generated QR code or entering the customer’s account number. It enables secure and quick payments for goods and services in a convenient and efficient manner.
Contact Sync enables activated clients to automatically transfer funds via the sender’s contact list by clicking the UMB Contact Sync icon under the recipient’s contact details. NB: This feature is only available on Android mobile devices.
Bancassurance Services – Users can sign up for and pay for their insurance premiums, as well as use all of our Bancassurance services.
Before you can use the app, you must first download and install it on your phone. You can download it from your phone’s application store.
Just go to the app store and in the search bar, type UMB Speed App. Click on the download icon to get it downloaded and install. After the download process, open it and go through some simple registration steps and start using it.
