I have used ChatGPT as my personal teacher several times. Trust me, it can represent your home teacher if that is what you need.
You can simply use the string “Teach me” to make this bot explain the concept behind any of your chosen topics. If you still didn’t understand the top clearly, you can still follow up the chat with strings like; “explain further, I didn’t understand, etc“.
The fact that you can follow up with extra questions concerning the same topic makes it possible.
2. Use it as assistant
There are certain tasks that you might want someone else to do for you. Tasks like sorting data into tables, creating timetables, etc. That is an amazing feature of the chatbot.
Using strings like; “Sort this for me” will help you accomplish a lot of quick data-sorting tasks. Having a virtual assistant that can do all your daunting tasks quickly is a blessing in disguise.
3. Check your assignments
Most students find themselves using ChatGPT for their assignments. That is absolutely wrong because you will only end up copying ChatGPT’s answers instead of learning for yourself.
The best way to use ChatGPT for your assignments is to first learn and do your assignments. When you are done, simply let the chatbot check if your answer is correct or if there are mistakes with your work. This is a better way to use this bot for your assignments.
If you only submit your questions to it and wait for answers to copy, others will also do the same and you will end up plagiarizing other people’s answers.

With ChatGPT, all you need is your course curriculum. If you have your curriculum, this bot can serve as both your test book and teacher.
All you have to do is to let it teach you the next topic before you get to learn it in class. This will help you to stay ahead of your class. Since you have the ability to follow up with questions concerning the same topic, you will likely understand more compared to when a lecturer is in front of you.
After treating a topic with ChatGPT, make sure you always ask for questions to solve. Simply use strings like; “Give me questions to solve about this topic” or “What are some of the likely examinations about this topic?”. After solving each question, make sure you let ChatGPT check if it is correct.
