How It Works For Drivers
Download Shaxi Drivers App
For both iPhone and Android users, download the Shaxi Drivers app from the App Store or Google Play store. By entering your email address and mobile number and uploading all the required paperwork, such as your drivers license, car insurance, and road worthy sticker, you can create a driver’s account.
Go through Approval Process
The uploaded documents will be examined and put through the exacting approval process. The support staff will get in touch with you if there is a problem with any of the supplied documentation. You would get a notification of approval once all the paperwork is complete. This would indicate that your car is ready for daily use.
Daily Subscription
You would have to pay GHS20 in order to get ride requests. This sum would be taken out using mobile money. There is a 12-hour payment here. After the transaction is approved, the driver will be successfully placed online to accept trips and will thereafter receive a message. Drivers would have to go through the process again when it elapses in order to get more trips.
Drive to Pick Up
The driver must click “accept request” after receiving a drive request. After a request is approved, the driver will get directions to the destination, and he can use Google Maps to navigate there. A trip summary, charges, and payment from the passenger are all received by the driver after the passenger clicks “end trip” at the completion of the journey.
