We’ll Train 1 million Youth In ICT Software Programming – NDC National Youth Organizer

The National Youth Organizer for National Democratic Congress (NDC) has cleared the air — that the party under the government of Ghana will train over 1 million Youth in ICT Software programming when elected in power.

As part of party’s manifesto for 2020 elections, the NDC has captured in their promised, The Information Technology Communication (ICT) sector and it plans to equip 1 million youth with software programming knowledge.

The National Youth Organizer of NDC, George Opare Addo on Wednesday 23 September, 2020, took to his twitter page to affirmed the promise of the party.

“IT is the future! The NDC believes in the prospects of IT and it’s contribution to our socio-economic development. We will train over a million people in software programming. This will create jobs for the youth and also help us compete in the global IT space.”

According to Honorable George Opare Addo, Former Municipal Chief Executive of Akuapem North, says the next John Mahama led NDC government will bring closer the Ghanaian youth in governance because they hold the future of the country. Adding that their plans for the youth are clearly explain in detained in their “The People’s Manifesto”
